That is what the creators of Strip That Fat diet system claims it to be. I always have thought dieting is something else, like starving and lot of exercises. I never do any exercise, I know that I should. I eat unhealthy and irregularly. I have couple of extra pounds in my waist, and now it’s time for me to burn fat to get my body in shape.
